Shopping at Haworth

Yes. Haworth is required to charge sales tax in all states. Tax is calculated in the shopping cart as you place the order, and is based on the shipping address. If you are a tax exempt entity, place your purchase as normal and send proof of your exemption to haworth.on-linestore@haworth.com. After our team has had a chance to review your information the tax amount will be credited back to you.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express credit and debit cards.

When your order is placed and acknowledged, we will obtain a pre-approval authorization from your card issuer for the amount of the order. Some card issuers place a hold on funds in your account for the amount of your order. In the case of a debit card, the funds may be held by your bank until we send a request to charge your card. We will not charge your card until your order ships. Please contact your card issuer for specific information on how your account handles pre-authorizations.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products. However, we can't guarantee your computer monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate. If you're in doubt, please order a free fabric sample.

Unfortunately fabric samples are no longer available for order through the Haworth Online Store.

The Haworth Store ships within the contiguous 48 United States. If you are looking to purchase in Hawaii, Alaska, or internationally, please use our international dealer locator to find a dealer near you. We do not currently accept orders for US Territories, FBP and APO addresses.

Some products require light assembly; but none will require more than a common, household screwdriver. For those products that might be heavier than you'd care to lift, we offer White Glove Shipping.

Shipping rates are based on the total order amount.

White glove shipping means that our white glove carrier will call ahead and make an appointment to deliver and set up the furniture that you ordered. Keep in mind, this will extend the lead-time of your order by a week or so.

Certain products including desks and large chairs require white glove shipping. If your order has one of these products on it, your entire order will ship via white glove. You will see a white glove freight charge on your order.

White glove shipments will ship together. Parcel shipments will generally ship individually.

Orders, Returns, and Exchanges

You can! Shortly after placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
Additionally, you may log into your Haworth Store account and check the current status of any order. As always, feel free to contact us at via email or phone if you have any questions or concerns about an order.

Because each product is built to order, there is a limited window for changes or cancellations. You have 24 hours after you place your order to cancel it. Contact customer service via email to cancel the order.
