Good big guy chair. Distributed from a sister company/manufacturer so I was a little confused by the box, but the chair has been good so far and as advertised. Would have liked to have Haworth on the box somewhere. This model appears to be redistributed. Good chair though. Soft and big and adjustable.

For an inexpensive chair, this is very comfortable. Firm which I prefer. It was simple to put together.

Worth it

I ordered the chair online and after a few days, I noticed my product was still unfulfilled. I contacted their support team and they got back to me the next day even offered if I had any issues to contact her main line. I have to say their customer service was on point.

The following day I received my chair after speaking to the representative. The assembly was pretty simple, but what I like the most is the quality. You can tell a bad share from a good share, and this one definitely holds true with his brand. The back support is definitely noticeable the pieces are great quality, and I can sit in it for many hours without any type of discomfort.

To think I was going to buy a Costco chair and this one is five times better than the one I got to try at Costco.

Comfy and not expensive

I love my new chair! It’s perfect for my height of 5’2’ because of the waterfall front and the fact that I can move it up and down. The back is very comfortable and offers not only Lumbar support but upper back support!!! I’m in front of two computers all day so my shoulders and neck were killing me!!! Also, don’t forget the swivel which enables me to turn properly from one screen to another with my whole body instead of twisting my neck and mid back.

A god send !! Ps. Really easy to put together. Barometer: my husband and I put it together and don’t want to kill each other in the process!!! Hahaha!!!’
