Overall, I'm impressed with the product. Not too hard to assemble, but this is an extremely heavy tabletop. Everything was well labeled and the instructions very comprehensive. Its a nice addition to my home office. I agree with some of the other reviewers about the pre-drilled holes, esp. for the paddle mount. Synchronization was a bit balky, but worked after the 2nd or 3rd time.
The desk is perfect size. I had trouble finding desks with a similar 24" depth. Sturdy design and easy move from sit to stand. More complex to assemble than I imagined .
I bought the 29X46 desk - with just basic range - not extended. This works great for me at 6'-2". No wobble and very sturdy. Same for desk.
Only issue is the assembly instructions and the video skipped important steps at start about moving H1 section during assembly. I called the 800 number at 4:30 on a Friday - and luckily Tom the service person identified the issue right away and emailed new instructions. Then assembly went without a hitch. I was lucky I didn't wait to start on assembly after support lines closed at 5 pm on Friday and get stuck until Monday am. (I probably would've removed H1 and left it out.) I'm still giving this five stars because Tom said he'd watch his company email if I got stuck again later after 5 pm and I had more questions about the revised instructions. I didn't have any.
I do think Haworth should be able to address the instructions issue fairly easily given they use QR codes and have an online video - how about shooting a new video that shows pulling out H1 piece, assemble legs, then slide H1 back in? Or update instructions on line and have that linked to the QR code that is printed on the existing paper instructions?
Bottom line: I'm very happy with the product, good price point, excellent customer service. I highly recommend it.
Lots of workspace. Easy to adjust. Fun to assemble.
I have been eyeing a height adjustable table for awhile. I'm glad Haworth create the Home Store in 2020. While I don't get a stipend from my company, I found the checkout process with Affirm very very easy and reasonable.
Being ~$100 more than (Ikea) for height adjustable tables, I appreciate the warranty that comes with the table. I'm familiar with the process due to my role with ordering furniture for my company, but I know Haworth stands behind their products.
I got the Ergotron monitor arm too for my large monitor so I could easy convert my desk to a craft/quilting table and back again. I have the arm attached to a back side corner, and the table is very stable. No problem going up and down.
I found the assembly instructions , after watching the quick video, easy to follow. I don't have an issue encouraging my coworkers to purchase the products.
