LOVE IT! Such an elegant design and easy to ensemble. Very high quality materials.. this is made to last and made with LOVE!
I purchased the 24"x60" desk (field elm top with smooth plaster legs) and absolutely love this desk. Very sturdy and high quality that can easily accommodate 3 monitors and room to work. I needed a desk for remote work at home but didnt want to spend even a couple hundred dollars on cheap melamine/vinyl wrapped MDF desks. This desk enables me to have corporate quality at home for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Needed a better solution for long-term remote work without needing all the bells and whistles of a traditional desk and having to pay the high price associated with that. At the same I didn't want something cheap or flimsy which is where the Jive Desk comes in. This desk is the perfect in terms of exceptional quality and function. It easily can accommodate 3 screens and space for writing in my notebook as I take quick notes. I purchased the 24x60 inch desk (top in Field Elm and legs in Smooth Plaster) for reference. The desk top is great quality and has robust hollow metal (not cheap/thin-walled) legs. The desk is incredibly sturdy and I can see it lasting years!
The legs arrived a day after the top. Initially, I thought that the desk was a bit unstable since I am using it on carpet, but as soon as I added my monitors etc, it became very stable. One thing I would suggest is to include two adhesive bumpers to put against the side of the desk that is flush against a wall.
Exactly what I wanted: solid build quality, stable, sturdy, attractive, and easy to assemble. It's not a design forward desk - which I don't see as worth 4-5x the price of this one. I bought the 30x48; I use a monitor, laptop + stand, keyboard and mouse (plus a few desk objet). I probably could have gotten away with the 24x28 for those purposes.
