Inspired by the natural flexibility of a fern leaf, this chair evenly distributes weight as you move to help relieve pressure. At its core is our patented Wave Suspension system, which mimics the human spine and cradles your body in comfort.

To create Fern, our designers partnered with the Human Performance Institute at Western Michigan University, where we conducted comfort studies with experts in biomechanics, physical therapy, and kinesiology.

How to Adjust & Care For Fern
  • Vacuum your chair as needed.
  • For additional cleaning, use a solution of lukewarm water and mild detergent (about 10%). Gently apply in a circular motion, then rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

Materials

Choose from breathable mesh, our zero-waste digital knit, or soft vegan leather. Mesh lets air pass through to naturally regulate body temperature. Our signature digital knit is knit to fit each chair using custom-fiber fabric. For a luxe look, choose our semi-aniline leather — it’s soft, durable, and easy to clean.

Extremely Solid Chair - 4.6/5

Pros
High quality materials. The digital knit is soft and comfortable that feels like it will last a long time.
Adjustments are fine tuned.
Flexibility of the backrest.
Lots of customization.
Long Warranty.

Cons
If you are taller/larger this chair maybe a little small, especially the top of the backrest. I'm 6'3" 220 athletic and I'm a bit too large for this chair.
The max height of the chair is solid but could be 0.75 to 1.25 inches higher.
The standard headrest is not great and not worth the extra money.
Price.

Overall an extremely solid chair that's high quality with a long warranty.
Would I buy this chair again? Probably not, but if they made an XL version of this chair, I would pick it up in a heartbeat.

Best Purchase in a long time.

I did my research looking at a bunch of different office chairs but ultimately settled on the Fern.
It’s a pricy chair but it’s worth every penny. If you have the cash I’d pull the tigger, you back will thank you for it.
