Shipping policy

Items purchased on the Haworth Store ship within the contiguous United States and most of Canada. If you are located in Hawaii, Alaska, Northwest or Yukon Territories, Nunavut, or internationally, please use our dealer locator to find a Haworth dealer near you.

Ground Shipping

Free ground shipping is available on select Haworth Store orders. See product pages for details. If items in your order are in stock, they will ship together — with the exclusion of third-party items, which will always ship separately. If the order includes items that are both in stock and made to order, each item will ship separately as it becomes available. Once your order has shipped, we will email you with tracking information. 

Please note: Smaller items and single-piece orders tend to ship via parcel carrier (UPS/FedEx). Some furniture and volume orders ship by less-than-truckload (LTL) common carrier, or full truckload (FTL). LTL and FTL will deliver to your dock, and the customer will need to unload items. If no dock is available, the truck will park as close as possible, and the customer will need to unload items.

In-Room Delivery

Available on select products. See product pages for details. Item will be unpacked and placed in the room of your choice with all packaging removed. Assembly, if required, is not included. Maximum two flights of stairs.
