Overpriced for little comfort

Love the look of my new chair. Not happy with the comfort. It feels no different than my old much cheaper chair.
The seat itself is short so it cuts into my hamstrings.
Reading how to return the chair seems like a hassle.
Really disappointed I made the decision to spend so much money on the chair.
