Care

Veda is crafted with a unique fabric called flocked mesh. When you receive your chair, the mesh might appear compressed from transit. To release it, simply spray with water or wrinkle releaser, and rub the area with a clean cloth or your hand.

  • Vacuum your chair as needed.
  • For additional cleaning, use a solution of lukewarm water and mild detergent (about 10%). Gently apply in a circular motion, then rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

At first I thought the seat itself was really small. I think moat people will feel this way compared to most chairs. But I think it forces you to sit up straight and have better posture. Design wise, it looks amazing. Very modern and sleek. The only other thing I wish is that the chair would sit higher but that could be remedied by buying a new gas lift cylinder that sits higher.

Fantastic chair but can’t recommend

I cannot recommend this product due to the gas cylinder on this particular unit being impossible to replace. The gas cylinder used for this chair is unique which makes it impossible to replace in the future. You can’t go on Amazon and order a replacement. You can’t even find it on websites that sell parts for haworth. All gas cylinders have about an inch or two of taper. This one has about 5.5. There’s nothing like it on the market. Once it starts failing, you would have to buy a new chair. I contacted Haworth.com and they recommended I reach out to a local retailer, which in my case was in another state.
