My son recently bought the same chair for his home office. I tried sitting on it and moving around and was very impressed. So, I decide to buy one despite the price being a litlle on the high side for me. But over the years I bought several office chairs and they all failed within a few years I normally do not write reviews especially for durable goods. Most manufacturers would love to review their products immediately after delivery because that is when the least amount of problems and failures happen. Most people in general write good reviews. That is why you are bombarded with reminders continuously because you have nothing bad to writw yet. Despite my hesitation, I decided to write one on comfort, appearance and functionality. Chair looks great and it is very comfortable. Most adjustments are easy. I was able to find the best settings in minutes and never changed them. It is relatively light weight; moving around the house is easy. I cannot comment on durability and quality yet. Many of my previous chairs were also good at the beginning, They all failed miserably. Word on those issues will come after long term use.

Epic chair. Worth the money in all aspects.
As with all big purchases, I shopped around extensively, and chose the fern with digital fabric in Grey, aluminum base, 4D arms, lumbar support, and additional seat position. Order was built and shipped within a week, and arrived a couple days later. Love that no assembly was required! The chair was well protected in the shipping box.
I had heard some complaints of wobbly armrests, but everything about the chair is rock solid! All the adjustments are easy to perform, and I've not been sore since using it. I've let myself gain too much weight, but the chair accommodates my size comfortably.
While the chair was in transit, Haworth began a 15%off sale which caused frustration at my poor timing. I communicated it to a rep, who submitted my request and to my surprise, Haworth honored the discount and refunded the difference! All of this combined has made me a customer for life. This chair and manufacturer has my highest recommendation!
