Fern Leather Office Chair

Love it

I really only have one minor complaint and that is the communication on Haworth's end. Updates on the status of my order we're not given and I had to reach out to CS 2 times to find out my order had shipped and to get a tracking number. That being said CS was very nice, very easy to talk to and got me what I asked for. But in 2024 a company should have a much better system to track orders, especially when customers are paying this much for an office chair.

The chair itself is fantastic. I ordered it to help alleviate chronic neck and back pain and it has helped tremendously. It creates better posture for me, offers a variety of features that help me adjust my posture which really helps for sitting for longer periods. The quality of the chair is really lovely and the digital knit fabric feels really wonderful. I love how it flexes with me and the feeling of the adjustable recline is something I've never experienced before.

The shipping was quick, easy and straightforward.

Purchased as an early Christmas gift for my wife. We are both early retired but her employer wanted her to still help out working from home, maybe 20 hours a week. However, this deal has evolved into basically full time work and she spends more time in her office. She never complained about her current seating, but being she was working so much more, I wanted to spoil her. She loves the comfort and adjustments of the Fern, as well as the beautiful Digital Knit Lagoon color. The adjustable swivel arms are a real winner, as well as the tilt option. Strongly considered the X-*****, but the style and design of the Fern was a better choice.
