Great Gift

Purchased this chair for my son as a surprise because he works from home and really needed a chair badly. His old chair was so worn out it caused him back and neck pain constantly. Yes , he was angry that I spent a lot of money , but after sitting in the chair for a couple of days, he is very happy with my choice. I was happy with the ease of ordering the chair and best of all, shipping was free! The chair came in one piece so nothing had to be put together which was a plus. I highly recommend doing business with this company.

Very comfortable

Color is great, materials seem great. Love the aluminum body. Lumber adjustment could be more reliable (it moves after adjustment) overall a great replacement for my all day work chair

Yes expensive, but its worth it.

Yes one can nitpick, but best chair I ever purchased. Get all the features... At first when I sat in the chair I was upset since it felt very limited & I am 6'4. After I made all the adjustments, then you realize that this chair is on a different level. Sometimes in life you have to pay up for quality & comfort, & you realize all the work chairs you sat in the past were crap. Had a shipping damage issue & they took care of it. Based on my experience all was A+, & read some negative reviews but those people must have some other life issues going on. Customer service really came through which in today's world is very refreshing. One con is don't place that much pressure on the armrests to " push yourself " out of the chair, but that is not really a con.
