Zody Mesh Office Chair
If your Tall you are going to love this chair. This chair has this cool feature that allows people to raise the seat above the knee height and tilt forward it forward for a perch feature. Well little did they realize that they created the perfect chair for tall people. Now I sit even(or above or below) with my knees with room to go even higher. At 6’5” with a 36” inseam I can move the seat out from the back so I meet the 2-3finger rule behind the knees. I did not purchase the lumbar but I did get the head rest which I love bc it’s more relaxing watching videos in the relaxed back position. There is not much information on the headrest in the brochures but it slides up about 2.5”. It’s not super sturdy but it confidently supports your head. The recline tilts back about 35-40 degrees which is to the edge of my comfort and perfect for relaxing to watch a video or the market bounce back and forth. WARNING: right out of the box, the recline feature is really loose so it goes back quickly. The tension can be tighten up with the crank arm. I did replace the wheels with rollerblade wheels(amazon). It comes in a big box 4’x4’x5’ so its probably better is your home when it arrives. Assembly is around 20 min bc of trying to find the best way to unbox (super simple). I looked for many years for a tall persons office chair. I almost bought a stool type chair but it would only drop to 24” which would be uncomfortable for long periods. This Zody 2 goes from 18” to 24”which is the perfect range(rollerblade wheels raise it up probably another inch so lets say 19-25”). (FYI most chairs (hermin miller, steelcase, national, even most of the Hayworth, and many others ) only raise up to 20” which is such an annoying height for a tall person.) I even use the perch function sometimes just to change things up.(PS. I also have a standing desk so the chair and desk have multiple options for long sessions. I went with the mesh back bc sometime sweaty things get pressed up against it. Mesh dries fast and to my knowledge/experince doesn’t store odors. I hope this helps and want to give Hayworth a standing ovation for your accidental attention to tall people.

This is the most comfortable chair I’ve ever sat in! And it’s aesthetically pleasing too! Exactly what I was looking for!
