Prior to getting the Zody chair, I was sitting in the world's worst office chair. In fact, I'm pretty sure it was a dining room table chair.
Over the years, I have developed upper back and neck issues partially due to poor alignment and posture along with being a new mom. Double whammy.
Thankfully, I am now sitting in a chair that is the polar opposite of what I used to sit in. Zody for the win!
I love many things about this chair, but I think what I obsess over most, is the lower lumbar support that I so lacked in my previous chair. The Zody literally lifts me from my lower spine and encourages me to sit up tall with my core engaged. It is a total game-changer.
The armrests aid in the sophistication of this chair as well. Another detail my former chair lacked - armrests. What a difference they make! They specifically keep my upper body more engaged when on Zoom calls and while podcasting.
The swivel and wheels are a lovely addition. I can easily turn and reach for things which also supports my overall physical well-being. It's the little things.
Aesthetically, I worship this chair. It's a looker and works beautifully with my Haworth Upside Sit-to-Stand Desk. It finally looks like I have a grown-up office and not a college dorm one anymore. I'm 41 btw, lol.
I highly recommend the Zody chair. It's an all-around supportive and stunning piece of office furniture.
