Trade Program Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions and any other written materials provided to Member (as defined herein) from time to time (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”) sets forth the Terms and Conditions of the Trade Program of Haworth, Inc. (the “Company”). The Trade Program and the Terms and Conditions are subject to change from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion. 

Once eligibility is met, and subject to the Terms and Conditions, Members participating in the Trade Program will receive a membership discount on full-price merchandise purchased from Haworth. Discount cannot be redeemed at any showrooms, websites or via phone orders in the United States. Rights and rewards under the Trade Program are non-transferable.  

TERMS OF ELIGIBILITY 

An applicant who is a natural person and an accredited business owner, or otherwise associated with a business, as an employee or subcontractor of the business, will be eligible for participation in this Trade Program (and referenced herein as a “Member”) upon written approval by the Company after presentation of the following: 

  1. A Tax ID (EIN)  
  2. A copy of the applicant’s Business License showing proof of ownership or association with the business. The Company reserves the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. 

MEMBERSHIP 

  • Member’s name and business address must be provided on the application. Note: The eligible Member must be a natural person owning a business or otherwise associated with a business as an employee or subcontractor; multiple individuals employed by a single business may apply individually by submitting individual application materials and gaining approval, but the 

business or entity itself may not become a Trade Program Member. In the case where an applicant is not an individual owner of a business, it is the responsibility of the applicant to ensure that Member’s business/employer is aware of and consents to membership in the Trade Program. 

  • It is the responsibility of the Member to notify the Company of any changes in Member’s contact information. Members can update information by emailing a Trade Program Specialist at trade@haworth.com  
  • Member is the only person authorized to make purchases using Member’s account number. 
  • Incomplete applications will not be accepted. 
  • The Company reserves the right to review and terminate a Member’s eligibility if the Company believes, in its sole discretion, that the Member has violated these Terms and Conditions. Company will notify the Member if Member is no longer eligible to participate in the program. 
  • Members may cancel their membership at any time by emailing a Trade Program Specialist at trade@haworth.com.  
  • Company may discontinue the Trade Program at any time at Company’s sole discretion. 

DISCOUNT 

  • Eligible Members will receive a discount on full-price merchandise and collection listed on the Company’s online store website, Refer to landing page for details subject to the terms and conditions available at store.haworth.com/pages/trade-program. Discount is non-negotiable. Purchases made (whether in store or by phone) by any other means and/or non-Members are not eligible for the discount. Haworth has the right to change discounts at any time without notice.  
  • Discount may not be combined with any other offers, coupons or promotions, and cannot be applied to reduced price, sale, closeout or clearance merchandise. 
  • Discount is not applicable toward purchases of Gift Cards, eGift Cards, services, shipping and handling, taxes or other fees, and non-merchandise charges. 
  • Discount does not apply to any purchases made prior to enrollment in the Trade Program. 
  • The Trade Program discount is not redeemable for cash. 
  • Company reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the Trade Program discount at any time and at its sole discretion. Any such changes will be posted online at store.haworth.com/pages/trade-program. 

PURCHASE AND PAYMENT TERMS 

  • Product returns are subject to the applicable return policy and will be credited (as applicable) at the membership discount rate. 
  • Purchases are subject to additional terms can be found at https://store.haworth.com/policies/terms-of-service. 

COMMUNICATION AND PRIVACY 

  • The Company may contact Members or the Member’s business directly regarding changes to the Trade Program. 
  • Trade Program Members agree to receive Company emails for marketing purposes. Members who wish to opt out of marketing emails will be terminated from the program.  
  • Trade Program Member consents to the Company Privacy Policy available at: store.haworth.com/policies/privacy-policy.  

By completing the Trade Program Application and submitting the required eligibility documentation (as set forth in these Terms and Conditions), Member confirms that Member has read, understood and fully accepts and agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
