Fern Digital Knit Office Chair

Love it!!

This is an outstanding chair. Amazingly comfortable for me. I have tried, and shipped back, two other chairs in order to find 'the one'. Clearly the chair is well made. That's not always true just because you pay more for something. I believe this is true for this chair. The cushion is very supportive. It took a minute for my back to get used to a chair that made me sit with correct posture but I adapted quickly. The fabric is very comfortable and does not make me sweat. The chair came fully assembled and was packed ingeniously, in such a way that if I had to return it I could do so without trying to figure out how to repack it. That demonstrated to me how thoughtful the company was, knowing that not all chairs fit each of us equally. Fortunately for me this is a great chair and I was able to recycle the box.

I had never sat in one of these before. Haworth offered a 30 day trial with free return shipping, so I gave it a shot. I had heard that it was a great chair. I'm here to tell you, it's beyond my expectations. I'm not even going to use the trial, I threw the box away within a couple days. I knew immediately that this chair was a keeper. It's easily the most comfortable office chair I've ever sat in. It looks great as well. Such a beautiful piece. I'm more than thrilled.

I opted for the digital knit back and forward tilt. I did not add a headrest or lumbar support. I firmly believe these were the right decisions. I am 6'4" tall and I've read that this is not a good chair for tall people. It fits me like a glove. I also have the 4D armrests. The adjustability with them is great too. Plenty of different configurations. They're a little more firm than I'd like, but not a big deal. I did get the aluminum base and I think that makes the chair feel more sturdy and premium. I'd recommend getting that option as well.

I really can't say enough good things about this chair. I never leave reviews, but I felt I needed to on this piece. I read and read and I wish more people left reviews on this chair, so hopefully this review helps someone else out there.

Tldr: Get this chair. You won't regret it.

Obviously, this chair is expensive, but it truly is very comfortable and well-made. I’m excited to enjoy it for a long time. I’m very happy I made this purchase.

Someone please buy me so I can get out of my Target special office chair. Feels like I’m sitting on plywood every day. I’m getting old, but can’t justify the price as a state employee.
