Details
A timeless blend of form and function, the Asti Ice Bucket is newly reissued by Heller in recycled plastic and fully regenerative. Designed in 1972 by Compasso d'Oro winner Sergio Asti as an extension of Heller’s iconic Max dinnerware collection, this timeless design is back in production, sustainable, and ready to be used at any indoor or outdoor occasion.
More than just an ice bucket or a place to chill a bottle of wine, the removable liner insulates ice while allowing for quick disposal of melted water. When not used as an ice bucket, it can serve as a versatile storage container or a striking vase. Recognized for its minimalist elegance and practical ingenuity, the Asti Ice Bucket is part of the permanent collections at the Philadelphia Museum of Art and the New Orleans Museum of Art.
The work of Sergio Asti can be found in the permanent collections of the Museum of Modern Art in New York City, the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Rhode Island School of Design Museum, and the Cooper Hewitt Museum.
