Designed by legendary architect Frank Gehry, the Gehry Sofa transforms architectural form into expressive lounge seating. Its sculptural silhouette combines straight and curved lines that shift from every angle, while a partial backrest creates a dynamic shape that invites people to sit, gather, and interact from multiple directions.

Part of an innovative furniture collection developed in collaboration with Heller founder Alan Heller, the design reflects Gehry’s signature approach to form—bold, unconventional, and engaging from every perspective. The result is a piece that feels equally at home in any modern space.

Molded as a hollow, single-piece form, the sofa features consistent wall thickness and stress-resistant corners for exceptional durability. It weighs 86 pounds, and a concealed opening on the underside allows sand to be added for additional wind resistance when used outdoors.

For minor spots Heller recommends a damp soft cloth and non abrasive bleach free cleaner.
For heavier marks a mild bleach free detergent (such as dishwashing liquid diluted in warm water) and soft brush with will be sufficient. Wipe excess water off with a chamois.

UV Exposure

Our rotationally molded product is manufactured from Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) with UV stabilizers. All polyethylenes are susceptible to degradation upon long term exposure; the result is the material becomes brittle. UV stabilizers act to absorb, transfer, and reflect UV. It is recommended in extreme weather (defined as below 15°F and above 100°F) the items be covered when not in use to prolong the finish of the material.

Polishing and Scratches

We recommend polishing the Furniture with NOVUS® Plastic Clean & Polish once a month for high traffic uses; every two the three months for normal use.

This helps to maintain the original finish and can help to hide minor scratches and wear.

Our founder Alan Heller was known for his ability to see things others couldn't. When Heller approached Gehry and said, "We can take your architecture and turn it into furniture," the result was pure magic.
