First off, customer service is non-existent. I reached out to them immediately after order to correct an issue. I recieved no response and had to follow up. By the time they responded to my follow up, I had retrieved the desk and set it up by bearky a week.

Speaking of set up, the tools provided to assemble the dest are awful. The screws strip using the provided allen wrench and there is no way to properly secure the support bar to the base withiut the threads showing. The desk does not feel stable.

I guess, you get what you pay for.
