So glad these were available. Love my chair. It was easy to replace.

Easy Assembly/Perfect Fit

It was very easy to remove the original, worn arm caps and install these replacements. The replacements fit perfectly. I am glad I was able to continue to use my Zody chair - very environmentally friendly to have replacement parts. The arm cap replacements are a bit expensive but it was important for me to be able to save the chair that is so comfortable for me. The original arm caps lasted about 9 years under 42+ hour a week use - I'm hoping these last at least that long or longer. I have only used these for a few days so I cannot yet comment on durability.

The perfect arm caps

Very easy to replace at a very respectable price
Took me 20 minutes and made a wife of 56 years very Happy

Easy to do, quality replacement.

But the negative side of this review is, 'why do these armrest degrade so fast?"
But the replacement worked fine.
I also see off-brand replacements but only Haworth specifically stated thse were compatibvle with 4D adjustable arms.
In/out, up/down,front/back, rotate. Possibly all the same but didn't take the chance and got OEM solution.
