Floor changed, wheels changed.

My office floor changed from carpet to laminate. The hard wheels I had were sliding all over the place, and it was hard to keep the chair steady. Ordered the soft casters. They were easy to replace, and the chair is much more stable.

Wheel types matter.

Great so far

The wheels provide silky smooth movement. I have a glass chair mat and they area whisper silent. Very pleased with them.

So much quieter

I went from the hard caster to the soft because I purchased one of those glass floor mats. The hard casters sounded like a freight train on the glass mat and now the soft are supper quiet, great upgrade!

New Soft Casters

These could not have been any easier to order and replace. It took a matter of minutes to replace both arm caps and all the new soft casters I ordered. My chair is back to new like condition! Very pleased with the ease of ordering, how quickly they were received, and the ease of installing the replacement parts! They were received well in advance of what was initially stated. Great service!
