My husband loves his new desk chair. He is a big guy and said this is the most comfortable chair I have ever sat in to work and play on the internet.

I love the look of the chair—it’s attractive and well made. Unfortunately, there seems to be a structural issue. After sitting in it for about two hours, I start to experience back pain. The backrest is tilted forward in a way that pushes the upper back forward while providing no support for the lower back, even though I purchased the version with lumbar support. This backrest position cannot be adjusted. Additionally, the seat itself is not very comfortable.
