I have had a Haworth Zody chair for the last 8 years, since I retired. I had this chair at work and wanted one for my home office. After 8 years, one of the arm rests split apart (not sure how it happened … chairs age, just like people!). My first recourse was to order replacement arm rests from Amazon. I ordered two different kinds. Not only did they not come with hardware, but neither fit the chair and they were of substandard quality! So I returned them and purchased new arm rests directly from Haworth. The Haworth replacement arm rests not only came with hardware, but they also perfectly fit the chair arms! Yes … they were more expensive. BUT - you get what you pay for. Now the arm rests on my chair look brand new … because they are! I am very happy with this result 👍

These replacement armrests are of good quality, just like the originals that came with the chair. They included the screws and it was very easy to install.

YAY for new arm pads on my Zody chair! No more socks covering cracked pads held together with electrical tape and leaving black goo on my arms or sleeves daily. My co-worker has decided to give up her socks, too. Super easy to install.
